He is currently employed with Employment Security Department as the One Stop Operator for the Olympic WorkForce Development Council (OWDC) which oversees the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) under the direction of the OWDC. Mike coordinates the delivery of partner program services at the Career One Stop Centers\, ensuring customers are provided with career\, training\, business\, and employment-related services for the WorkSource Career One Stop Centers in Kitsap\, Clallam\, and Jefferson Counties.
