Location
Projects will be located throughout Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. A list of project locations and a online map will be available closer to the event. Parade magazines will also be available two weeks before and available at all projects.

First Entry: $1,500
Additional Costs:
Additional Project Entries (optional): $1,050
Refundable Sign Deposit (required): $100

Description
The Parade of Homes event showcases the exceptional talent of local builders and designers in the area. Participants will have access to a variety of homes across Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. This event allows visitors to tour newly built residences and beautifully renovated projects, connect with the professionals responsible for these developments, and gather insights and advice for future home projects. We encourage all entry categories including but not limited to: custom builds, residential projects, remodeled projects, design projects, ADU's, multi-family and commercial projects! This event is a unique chance to see up close the quality and innovation of Kitsap County Builders, Remodelers, and Designers as well as envisioning possibilities for your own home!
Deadline for project registration is Thursday, July 31st 2025
Each participants' projects will have a full-page feature in the event magazine. Award winners will be recognized in the Nov/Dec issue of WestSound Magazine. Each winner will also receive an award at the Parade of Homes Awards Cocktail Event that can be prominently displayed at your home or business.
