2026 Kitsap Parade of Homes
The Parade of Homes event showcases the exceptional talent of local builders and designers in the area. Participants will have access to a variety of homes across Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. This event allows visitors to tour newly built residences and beautifully renovated projects, connect with the professionals responsible for these developments, and gather insights and advice for future home projects. We encourage all entry categories, including but not limited to: custom builds, residential projects, remodeled projects, design projects, ADU's, multi-family and commercial projects! This event is a unique chance to see up close the quality and innovation of Kitsap County Builders, Remodelers, and Designers, as well as envision possibilities for your own home!
Registration Opens: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
Deadline for project registration: Friday, August 14th, 2026
Winners will receive an engraved award at the Parade of Homes Awards Cocktail Event that can be prominently displayed at your home or business.

Location
Projects will be located throughout Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. A list of project locations and an online map will be available closer to the event. Parade App will also be available two weeks before and at all projects.
Fees/Admission
First Entry: $1,750
Additional Costs:
Additional Project Entries (optional): $1,250
Refundable Sign Deposit (required): $500
Additional Directional Signage Refundable Deposit (optional): $25 each
