What is the Builder and Developers Council?
The Developers Council is one of the Kitsap Building Association's longest-standing and most influential member groups. It provides a dedicated forum for professionals involved in land development, site planning, and the early stages of construction—including developers, builders, engineers, surveyors, architects, planners, real estate professionals, land use attorneys, utility representatives, and local jurisdictions.

Many of the KBA's successes in improving local permitting processes, development regulations, and code-related issues have been shaped through the discussions and collaborative efforts of this council.

The Developers Council serves as a place to connect, collaborate, and stay informed through:

• Jurisdictional updates from local cities, Kitsap County, and partner agencies
• Discussions on permitting, development regulations, infrastructure, and code changes

7:50–8:20 AM – Educational Topic or Guest Speaker
8:20 AM – Government Affairs Updates
8:30–9:00 AM – Roundtable Discussion and Project Collaboration
9:00–9:30 AM – Room Open for Networking
