Description
RESERVE YOUR SPACE NOW!
This program is designed for construction professionals at all levels, including business owners, project managers, supervisors, office staff, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their business and operational skills.
Most contractors don’t fail because they lack skill in the trades — they fail because they were never taught how to run a business. That’s why this 11-week course was built to bridge the gap between skilled tradesperson and confident business owner.
Whether you’re early in your contracting journey or looking to strengthen the foundation of your business, this program provides practical instruction in the core skills needed to successfully operate a construction firm. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn from others facing similar challenges in the industry.
Enrollment is per company; multiple individuals from the enrolled company may attend.
All companies that successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion. Following graduation, additional resources will be available, including a mentor/protégé program, business roundtables, and construction association resources to support continued growth and application of course concepts.
The course will run for two hours each session with a break and an opportunity for Q&A at the end of every session. Registration includes a PDF copy of ABC’s Emerging Contractor Manual.
PLEASE SEE 11 WEEK SESSION TOPICS HERE (this is not the schedule) - topics only.
