We’re excited to invite you to become part of the Kitsap Building Association’s new Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council, a recognized council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Our PWB Chapter welcomes everyone, including men to join and support inclusivity in the building industry. It's not just about supporting women- It's about fostering teamwork across genders to drive innovation and advance our industry as a whole. Together, WE BUILD KITSAP!
As part of the NAHB, the PWB Council supports and empowers women in the building industry by providing opportunities for networking, professional development, and leadership growth. This membership demonstrates your commitment to fostering diversity and excellence within the industry while also supporting initiatives that promote education, advocacy, and workforce development.

We’re also thrilled to share that the Kitsap PWB Council was officially chartered at the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in February 2025. This significant milestone will place our local chapter on the national stage, further connecting our members to resources and recognition across the industry.
Beginning January 2026, an Individual Membership is just $80 annually. If you’re interested in joining, simply reply to this email, and we’ll send you an invoice for the dues. You must be a KBA Member to enroll.
Your dues payment will enable the continued success of the PWB chapter at the Kitsap Building Association. It will help fund programs, events, and resources that benefit both current and future industry professionals.
