Co-Hosted by the Kitsap Building Association's Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council. At this event we’re assembling a "Women Who Build: Strength, Leadership, and Legacy" panel featuring distinguished women across Washington State building industry—leaders whose voices shape construction, design, development, and workforce.
From mentorship to leadership, this discussion will highlight the diverse paths and opportunities available in construction—and how we can inspire the next generation of builders.
Whether you're a seasoned professional, new to the industry, or simply passionate about building a stronger future, this is your chance to connect, learn, and celebrate the people who shape our communities.
