Housing in Motion — Join us on the KBA Legislative Bus Tour as we take local leaders straight to the job sites shaping our community.

The Kitsap Building Association & the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® are preparing to host our next Legislative Bus Tour, building on the success of past tours that brought together elected officials from the state, county, and local levels to visit construction sites across Kitsap County.

This upcoming tour will once again provide policymakers with a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities facing the residential building industry. By visiting active and planned housing sites, officials will have the opportunity to engage directly with builders and housing experts, gaining valuable insight into issues such as permitting timelines, infrastructure needs, housing affordability, and the policies that impact project feasibility.

These tours are designed to foster productive conversations and strengthen partnerships between industry leaders and decision-makers, emphasizing the importance of collaborative, solution-oriented approaches to meeting the region’s growing housing demands.
