Where We Work
We’re based in Bremerton and serve clients throughout Kitsap, Mason, Pierce, and Jefferson Counties.
Pay & Perks:
- $25–$40/hr depending on experience & availability
- Paid drive time between job sites
- Clear growth path toward Lead Tech or Estimator
- Tools provided
- Federal Holidays off
Responsibilities:
- General handy work: decks, carpentry, light drywall, doors, light plumbing/electrical, & more
- Drive to job sites around service areas
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
- Maintain clean job sites and document work via mobile app
- Dump runs + sourcing job materials from local hardware stores
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on handyman or construction experience
- Reliable transportation (with room to carry tools and materials)
- Strong skills across basic trade categories (decks, carpentry, light plumbing/electrical, painting, etc)
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Smartphone for documenting timesheets and project photos
- Excellent communication and self/time management
- Ability to deliver quality work at the estimated time rate per project
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders
Schedule
- Part-time (20-30 hours/week) - with potential to grow into full-time (40 hours/week)
- Weekdays (Mon–Fri) 8am Start
