I am Sini, and I am an architect.

My forte is helping with the unusual and the difficult. If you have a project on a challenging site, steep stope, or waterfront, I can help. A project with tricky permitting or code issues? I can help with that. If you have lofty ideas, but can't quite articulate what you want, I can help with that, too.

We offer Pre-Design Consultations, Site Feasibility Studies, and Full Service Design including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Contract Administration.

I am originally from Finland which has really influenced my style. I like natural materials and clean aesthetics. My communication style is direct -- you can expect my drawing sets and specs to be clear and well organized.

While the bulk of my experience is in ultra high-end residential, I like to bring that same level of care and attention to detail to all of my projects. Whether it is a kitchen remodel on Bainbridge Island, a coffee shop tenant improvement in Bremerton, a Port Orchard remodel, a Seabeck cabin or that multi-million dollar Gig Harbor residence...
